The Seqwater Engineering Graduate Program Commencing in July 2026, Seqwater's two-year program is designed to equip you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to advance your career in the utilities industry. This program includes a structured learning and development program, providing a solid foundation as you complete four 6-month rotations across different areas of the business. Focusing on graduates in Process/Chemical, Geotechnical, or Civil Engineering, these rotations offer professional exposure to various aspects of Seqwater's operations.
