We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our hospital-based Skilled Nursing Unit. In this role, you will bridge the gap between acute hospital care and home for patients requiring temporary rehabilitative support. You will provide high-level medical care to patients recovering from surgeries, complex illnesses, or chronic condition flare-ups (such as COPD or heart failure). As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will balance clinical expertise with leadership to promote patient independence and prevent hospital readmissions. Key Responsibilities: Shifts: Full time days, 36 hrs. per week.
