Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring that daily production quotas are met. Move people to areas that need help. Sew at machines when vacant. Motivate sewers to meet production goals. Keep materials flowing as required. Stock the line as required. Responsible for ensuring that quality products are produced. Notify the supervisor or Quality Assurance of any defects in the process Repair parts or delegate to repair parts Responsible for reporting production and mechanical problems to the production supervisor. Attend 3 hours per year of development/training requirement. Must have maintained excellent attendance in the previous position Demonstrate the ability to operate sewing machinery and perform the most applicable sewing steps.
