Operations Manager

Job description

The Operations Manager will also support customer service efforts, respond to inquiries, and resolve escalated concerns while monitoring revenue and expenses to meet budgetary targets. Responsibilities include compiling data and reports for leadership, and may involve supervising staff, including work allocation, training, performance evaluation, and personnel recommendations to promote productivity and adherence to internal procedures. Additional duties may include overseeing audit compliance, managing departmental systems, participating in committees or task forces, and performing other responsibilities as assigned. This position is contract. The Operations Manager will develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with organizational standards to ensure efficient and safe operations. This role includes participating in short- and long-range planning, as well as developing and implementing projects and programs to support the achievement of departmental goals.
