This position works under the Ryan White Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) grant program and working as part of a team will be responsible for locating and linking HIV reactive individuals that are lost or not currently in care. This position will collaborate with clients to increase their knowledge about HIV disease, as well as inform them about the Indianapolis Grant Area’s continuum of care and the steps necessary to begin receiving services under this program.
