Job description

The Regional Transportation Manager manages the fleet operations for Circle K’s proprietary fleet. This position will be responsible for the management of the driver team, fleet, and garage activities. Day-to-day work location may vary as needed due to observations/training and engagement with the wider Circle K Fleet Organization throughout the region. Essential duties: Operational responsibility for the Hazmat tanker vehicle fleet, drivers, and maintenance. Responsible for full compliance with DOT and the Internal Fleet management system and corporate guidelines, and for ensuring ELD hours are compliant with DOT regulations and the working time directives within each state. Will proactively manage and take responsibility for Health & Safety issues and ensure legal compliance for Internal Fleet within the Northern Tier Region Will oversee day-to-day challenges, including systems, vehicle maintenance, access to sites, adverse weather, and traffic conditions that may require immediate resolution to maintain service integrity.
