Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking to add to our FP&A team and has a new opportunity for Corporate Financial Analyst. This position supports monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts, developing and reporting on operational and financial performance metrics, communicating financial results to finance leadership, divisional leaders and key stakeholders. This position collaborates with Finance Functions (Actuarial, Risk Adjustment, Accounting, Risk Management, etc.) to support financial analysis and insight generation for subsidiary executives. This position requires evaluating complex financial performance, conducting advanced forecasts, and delivering strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
