THE ROLE: The Regional Sales Manager (assigned brand) is responsible for the management and development of an assigned dealer region, with the main objective of achieving annual sales targets at both B2B and B2C level for the assigned brand(s), thus contributing to the strategic qualitative and quantitative objectives of the concerned brand and Astara. This is achieved by implementing the corporate strategy and brand vision, and monitoring the performance of the dealer network on a daily basis. MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Follow-up operational plan Achieve objectives set by the brand/country manager through monthly follow-up and adjustment Share input from the network and best practices with internal departments that contribute (in)directly to the realization of the plan Support proactively and participates in network activities and events 2) Operational Network Management Serve as the main contact between authorized dealers and AWE operational teams.
