About the role: We’re looking for a driven Control Room Operator who wants to make a real difference every day. This role sits at the heart of our Retail Ready Operations, helping ensure the smooth flow of raw materials so our teams can keep delivering quality products to our customers. By balancing supply and demand and responding quickly to changing forecasts, pricing and promotions, you’ll help minimise waste, reduce downtime and keep production moving.
