Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Data Center Engineer is expected to be able to: - Lead design and engineering of data center solutions and technical refresh initiatives. - Architect virtualization, storage, and compute solutions for high availability and scalability. - Provide Tier III/IV troubleshooting and root cause analysis. - Lead RMF activities, ATO support, and audit readiness. - Oversee STIG compliance, vulnerability management, and security architecture alignment. - Develop engineering documentation, diagrams, and implementation plans. - Advise government stakeholders on infrastructure strategy and modernization. - Mentor junior and mid-level engineers. - Support capacity planning, performance tuning, and automation initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline - One or more of the following DoD 8570/8140 certifications: - CASP+/SecurityX - CISSP or equivalent DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in DoD or IC environments - IAM Level II (preferred) - VMware VCAP/VCDX - CCNP/CCIE - ITIL Foundation or higher - ITIL 4 Man...
