POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, Commercial Training & Effectiveness is a hands-on, strategic leader responsible for building and scaling training programs that enable high-performing customer-facing teams across both in-market and for future pipeline products. In a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, this role ensures training evolves alongside the business—anticipating needs, closing capability gaps, and equipping teams to execute with confidence and impact.
