Upper Crust Food Service began with a vision to solve a problem that many Fraternity and Sorority houses face. That problem is a lack of consistency and professionalism in the kitchen. With a focus on great food and personal service, we’ve remained true to our roots. Today, the chefs of Upper Crust Food Service prepare tens of thousands of meals weekly for students across the country. The Campus Manager is responsible for guaranteeing the quality of our on-campus food operations by being the company’s on-site representative. As a local food expert, the Campus Manager coordinates and builds relationships with local vendors and aligns across the needs of their various chefs and kitchens. The Campus Manager supervises Chefs within their region, providing orientation and basic oversight. The Campus Manager allows our remote business to have significantly increased rapport with our Customers, providing touchpoints and meal reviews on a regular basis.
