Job Summary: We are seeking an Executive Meetings Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of executive meetings, conferences, and events for the resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-level meetings to ensure their success and effectiveness. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to understand meeting objectives and requirements. 2. Plan and coordinate meeting logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodations, and audiovisual needs. 3. Develop meeting agendas and timelines, ensuring all necessary preparations are made in advance. 4. Manage budgeting and cost negotiations for meetings, striving to achieve cost efficiencies without sacrificing quality. 5. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of meetings. 6. Oversee on-site management during meetings to address any issues that may arise and ensure the event runs smoothly. 7.
