Key Responsibilities: Own and grow sales and margin results across the Northeastern states from North Carolina to Maine. Develop and execute a Regional Sales Plan aligned with the company’s Strategic Market Management (SMM) strategy. Educate and guide distributor sales teams through joint calls, product training, end-user audits, and hands-on selling support. Conduct plant visits and workplace audits to understand customer applications and safety needs. Recommend targeted solutions and manage trials to drive pull-through sales. Engage stakeholders from shop floor to C-suite . Gather and share Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to guide new product development and strategic initiatives. Identify key trends and unmet needs.
