This role combines recruiting, team management, field supervision, and administrative coordination. Staffing primarily for 24/7 Mitigation Restoration companies. - Bonus based on performance - Paid time off - Training & development Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, source, screen, and onboard day labor workers - Schedule and manage multiple teams across job sites - Supervise crews performing demolition, cleaning, and general labor - Conduct field recruiting beyond the office - Provide on-site training and supervision when needed - Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule - Serve as main point of contact between workers and clients - Track attendance, performance, and productivity Requirements: Compensation: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year Insight Restoration is a Woman Owned, Small Business that specializes in commercial/large loss disaster mitigation, including but not limited to, water damage, fire damage, storm damage, and mold remediation.
