OBJECTIVE: Senior Business and Technical Analyst Objective To analyze the existing or ideal organization and design of systems, including business, departments and organizations, as well as assess business models and their integration with technology. To support the operating efficiency and excellence of the organization through business analysis. To understand customer business requirements and business process management. To elicit requirements from business users, then translate these needs into software requirements. To manage and provide solutions to business ideas, trends and concepts appropriately through technology paths. To influence decision-makers with well-supported documentation. Guide junior analysts and analysis practices, stakeholder engagement, and documentation standards.
