The role: As a Concept Design Engineer Electrical- & Automation Systems (E&A), you are the architect of the electrical and automation systems for our complex naval ships. Your work is crucial, starting during the proposal process (pre-contract stage). You establish and manage the conceptual design frameworks. You will also lead product development and innovation projects focused on Manning & Automation and Electrical systems, working closely with the Product Manager and the Proposal Engineer. You write clear reports and specifications and serve as the technical link between internal colleagues, external stakeholders, and the customer.
