Description Cynomi is looking for a Growth Program Manager to partner with our Director of Growth in building and executing high-impact marketing programs that drive pipeline within our Ideal Partner Profile (IPP). This role is ideal for a highly organized, AI-native, entrepreneurial marketer who thrives on execution, experimentation, and turning strategy into scalable, measurable programs. You’ll deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns, nurture programs, webinars, partner initiatives, and social promotion—working closely with our Growth, Content, Evangelism, and Community teams. You’ll also manage our marketing communications calendar and coordinate 3rd-party placements within the MSP/MSSP ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for a builder—someone who embraces change, continuously tests and iterates, and leverages AI and automation to scale impact in a fast-moving environment.
