This role ensures accurate order processing, timely communication, and coordination with operations and logistics. The position requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing and construction environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and timely responses. Process sales orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on inquiries. Coordinate with internal departments (inventory, logistics, finance) to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
