Productivity Specialist - 26000795 Description Job Overview: As a Black Belt Productivity Specialist, you will have the opportunity to drive change. Lead medium to large Lean Six Sigma projects of varying complexities at assigned locations and facilities within the South Region. Identify and prioritize productivity projects within the Air Separation (bulk atmospheric gases), CO2 and Standard Plants areas and within the Production, Distribution and Business Value Streams. Conduct value stream mapping of current processes, identify waste, and implement process improvements. Monitor production KPIs and identify causes of variance. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is expected to function at a high level with limited supervision. Responsible for the leadership of black belt projects and oversight of green/gray belt projects which are broad in nature, and across multiple sites. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of productivity methodology and processes. Act as a resource for the application of advanced productivity tools and discipline. Overcome resistance to change.
