JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the safety and security of Universal Kids Resort’s (UKR) Guests, Team Members, company assets and property. Performs active surveillance of the resort through roaming assigned areas, monitoring security cameras, and managing access points. Communicates via radios with other areas of the operations, swiftly responding to any reported situations and accurately reporting incidents via witness statements. Ensures resort-wide security measures are as follows, including the parking lot, theme park, back-of-house, and hotel. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensures the safety and security of all Guests and Team Members within the resort, including parking area, theme park, back of house, and hotel, by performing a variety of roles such as walking patrols, motorized patrols, and occupying various access control points. Utilizes radio telecommunication to report potentially unsafe, suspicious, or threatening conditions. - Responds to reported incidents, assesses the scene, and analyzes the situation using sound judgement all while collecting necessary information to construct a written witness statement.
