You’ll be the central point of coordination for Maintenance Customer Orders (MCOs), working closely with technicians, planners, and customers to deliver exceptional service. For this position, the expected base salary range is between $50,000 and $60,000 annually. Job Description: Verify service request details, confirm credit approval, apply marketing programs, and review service history. Open MCOs and work orders, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule. Maintain accurate records in Case, WFE, and other systems to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
