Who we are looking for We are looking for a Depositary Operations Specialist, who will work under supervision of a Manager and be engaged in various projects, special analyses and initiatives relating to technical aspects of the business. You will act as a process SME and provide technical support to a Depositary Manager and teams to ensure all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. The role requires a minimum of three days per week working form the office. Depositary is an EMEA specific regulatory function with Fiduciary duty to the end investor. European investment funds, whether UCITS or AIF, must appoint a Depositary in accordance with the UCITS and AIFM Directives. The Depositary is responsible for the safekeeping of the investment fund’s assets and therefore ensures separation of those assets from the management of the fund.
