Heat Treat Operator 2nd shift

Job description

Position Purpose: Responsible for heat-treating brake shoes. Hourly Pay Range: $16.75 - $19.75 Essential Functions: - Manually loads parts into the fixture and verifies quality of parts - Maintain Environmental, Health & Safety standards in the workplace - Always keep work area clean - Work in a safe manner always - Other job duties may be assigned by supervisor Education and Training: - High School Diploma or GED Minimum Qualifications: - Good communication skills - Must be able to work independently - Ability to work well with others Physical Demands: - Must be able to lift 15lbs repeatedly at shoulder height or above - Must be able stand continuously for 8 -12 hrs - Ability to bend, twist and lift repetitively - Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations Environmental Conditions: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
