Job Overview: This role is responsible for functional and application sustaining activities of various business applications including but not limited to ERP applications. Working with users, user groups, functional managers, development teams and project teams, identify and design enhancements as well as system configuration opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and utilization of business applications. This position will also offer courteous and timely Level 1 application support to end users and work together with other support staff to establish proper integration of business applications.
