As we continue expanding at pace, we are strengthening our Group Legal function with a highly capable, commercially minded Group Corporate Counsel who will play a pivotal role at the centre of our organisation. The Opportunity: As Group Corporate Counsel, you will act as a trusted advisor to our Group Executive Team and Group Functions, providing timely, strategic and commercial legal guidance. This is a senior, high‑visibility role supporting both the Group General Counsel and legal teams across our global operating businesses. You will influence decision‑making at Board level, help shape governance and compliance frameworks, and advise on complex commercial, procurement, corporate and regulatory matters that underpin Boldyn’s growth.
