Job Purpose or Objective(s): Lead enterprise-wide growth and operational excellence by executing strategic planning, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with leaders to align projects with organizational goals, leveraging data, analytics, and market insights to drive performance, reduce risk, and enhance long-term success. You will report to the Director of Strategy & Continuous Improvement. Locatio n: Durant: Schedule : Regular/Full-Time - 8:00am-4:30pm: Wage access is an option for this position. Primary Tasks: Lead and oversee a complex portfolio of enterprise-wide strategic and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational objectives and delivering measurable outcomes. Facilitate strategic planning sessions with executive leadership; develop and execute data-driven roadmaps using forecasting, modeling, and market intelligence to drive growth and mitigate risk.
