SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Role Overview: The SAFe Release Train Engineer is an agile professional and servant leader, supporting an Agile Release Train (ART) in PCCW Global’s SAFe environment. They are a pragmatic, outcome-oriented and empathetic problem solver who embodies and encourages Agile values and principles, and supports the execution of SAFe Planning Increments at ART level. Responsibilities: - Support and coach up to two ARTs - Facilitate ART level agile activities and SAFe ceremonies - Ensure the Scaled Agile Framework, IT standards and procedures are effectively implemented at ART level - Drive the resolution of impediments with support from the ART Trifecta, Business Owners and Team Coaches - Accurately maintain the ART's data in Jira - Represent the ART to Agile Program Management Office (APMO) and similar - Provide transparency to Portfolio leadership and escalate issues and concerns as appropriate - As a servant leader, apply coaching principles and practices to support the ART and their achievement of PI Objectives - Support the ART's preparation for and execution of PI Planning - Participate in agile communities of practice and develop agile skillset - Mo...
