Description Job Summary: The Skilled Facilities Partner provides general maintenance services across all Rock City Enterprises properties to ensure that buildings, systems, and equipment remain in optimal condition. This role supports daily maintenance needs, implements preventative maintenance schedules, and assists in troubleshooting and repair efforts to maintain a safe, efficient, and guest-ready environment. Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Skilled Facilities Partner performs a wide range of repair, inspection, and improvement tasks while supporting operational excellence across the organization.
