For our Pitching Hub team at the Linklaters office in Warsaw , we are currently recruiting for a Pitch Coordinator (12m FTC) role. About the Team: Join our global Business Development and Marketing (BDM) LGS function as a key part of the team. BDM is a globally diverse group of specialists dedicated to driving revenue growth, nurturing our priority client relationships, and strengthening the firm’s reputation. In this role you will work alongside our global BDM teams to prepare high-quality, client-focused pitch materials and pitch documents. Collaborating with stakeholders globally, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of pitch materials and pitch documents to external clients, making sure our pitches are competitive, delivered on time and clearly aligned with client objectives. You will be responsible for: Assisting with developing pitch documents, incorporating sector/industry information, client research, and competitor analysis. Supporting with analysing industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure pitches are competitive, innovative, and relevant.
