We are looking for an experienced Tile Setter to join our team for residential building renovations in multi-family apartment buildings. This position includes tile installation along with general finishing work such as baseboard installation, drywall taping, sanding, and caulking. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to complete high-quality work independently. Responsibilities: - Install wall and floor tile (ceramic, porcelain, stone) - Measure, cut, and properly lay tile - Install baseboards and trim - Perform drywall finishing including taping, mudding, and sanding - Apply caulking and sealants for a clean finished appearance - Prepare surfaces for tile and finishing work - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Work with team members to complete projects on schedule Preferred...
