Job Title: Program Scheduler Location: Annapolis Junction , MD: Required Clearance : TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Salary: Commensurate with experience: Position Overview: We are seeking a Scheduler with an Agile background to support planning and coordination across product teams. This role will use JIRA and the current Structure-Gantt roadmap to build and maintain schedules, break work into milestones and sprint-level planning, and improve visibility across products and tools. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain schedules in JIRA using the Structure-Gantt roadmap - Break high-level plans into detailed milestones and sprint activities - Coordinate with product teams to gather inputs needed for JIRA tickets and schedule updates - Track progress across products and tools and keep the roadmap current - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional product teams and gather schedule inputs Required Qualifications: - Agile experience - Strong JIRA experience - Familiarity with milestones, sprint planning, and roadmap tracking - Strong coordination and information-gathering skills
