Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift Department: Correctional: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Walton County: Compensation: $33.00 / hour: Description: Job Details: For our Full-Time Night Shift LPN, we're looking at someone for full-time hours to assist in medication pass and emergencies during our 12-hour nights. Pay differential is included. Shifts: Nights 7p-7a: Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care in an outpatient settings. - Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care to meet those needs. - Perform nursing assessments and interventions to ensure quality patient care. - Document patient progress and treatments in the medical record. - Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention. - Administer medications as prescribed by the physician. - Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly. - Provide excellent care!
