Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL: Position Summary: The EHS Manager (MSHA-Specialized) is a high-impact leadership role responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving Forgen’s Safety & Health Program across MSHA-regulated and heavy civil construction projects. This position supports corporate and regional leadership while serving as a key resource to project teams, ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and advancing Forgen’s Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture. With deep expertise in MSHA and working knowledge of OSHA, this role leads safety strategy execution in mining, mine-reclamation, and complex geotechnical environments. The EHS Manager oversees and mentors safety professionals, drives proactive risk management, and partners with operations, clients, and regulators to uphold Forgen’s reputation as a safety-first organization.
