APP Informatics Lead (MEDITECH Expanse) Remote with Travel | Up to 75% Travel Required | FTE Position Summary: CereCore is seeking an experienced APP (Advanced Practice Provider) Informatics Lead to support HCA Healthcare’s Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) team in advancing successful, scalable MEDITECH Expanse adoption across the enterprise. This role is ideal for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong blend of clinical practice, provider engagement, change management, and clinical informatics experience. The APP Informatics Lead will play a key role in preparing providers for go-live, supporting adoption during implementation, gathering provider feedback, and helping drive EMR optimization and continuous improvement across large, complex Expanse deployment waves. This position partners closely with clinical, operational, and project leadership to improve provider readiness, workflow adoption, and long-term usability of the MEDITECH Expanse platform.
