Description Are you an experienced Highway Design Project Manager ready to lead complex transportation infrastructure projects across New York State? At Fisher Associates, you’ll manage high-visibility highway and roadway design projects from preliminary design through PS&E, permitting, and construction support, working directly with NYSDOT and local agencies to deliver safe, resilient, and community-focused transportation solutions. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams on corridor improvements, intersection upgrades, and federally funded transportation programs, guiding projects from concept through completion.
