RK&K is currently seeking a Project Manager to lead our Florida based Alternative Delivery team, position to be based in Orlando or Tampa. As a Project Manager in our Alternative Delivery division, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead a team of professional engineers in support of our current and future clients. You will play a critical role on our team by developing and maintaining relationships with clients and connecting those clients with innovative and creative solutions to their transportation-oriented needs. Essential Function: - Serve as a hands-on, project based, Design Manager for Florida Transportation Alternative Delivery projects providing project leadership, technical expertise, budget management, and design production oversight - Lead transportation projects and assist with hands-on design production - Maintain strong relationships with potential teaming partners (contractors, engineers, subconsultants) - Actively participate in the development and professional growth of RK&K’s Florida based staff, particularly with respect to alternative delivery Required Skills and Experience: - Fifteen (15) + years of experience in engineering services with progressiv...
