Job DetailsJob Location: Tigerville Campus - Tigerville, SC 29688Position Type: Full Time StaffEducation Level: 4 Year DegreePosition Summary: The Coordinator for Academic Success is responsible for the implementation and management of several key services designed to enhance student success and retention, with specific focus on first year students. The Coordinator will engage students on a regular basis and connect them with resources that can enable them to overcome barriers to success, while maintaining meaningful, discipleship-oriented relationships with students. The Coordinator will report to the Director for Student Success. This position is a twelve-month, full-time with benefits staff position housed within Campus Ministries and Student Engagement (CMSE). The Coordinator is expected to live in accordance with a Christian code of conduct and to take a Christian discipleship orientated approach to job responsibilities.
