Job Description Summary Develop short and long term COE integrated schedules. Communicate and ensure cells operate to the COE schedule. Connection and interface between Materials, Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer facing organizations focused on product/ manufacturing readiness, execution and delivery. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Rotors and Fields COE new unit and CMU production Schedule Master. Master shall incorporate a level loading approach based on a probabilistic model which prevents flow line stoppages and properly accounts for training schedules, machine and workstation capacity limitations, machine downtime, TPM schedules, Vacation, illness, FMLA trends, machine downtime, supplier quality and delivery issues.
