It involves;: - Dealing with tenants, over the telephone and via email, who have a maintenance issue with their property. - You will identify the problem and assess if it requires a contractor to visit or if it is user error. - You will be liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt and professional approach to repairs and maintenance keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents.
