Job description

Role Objective: The Asset Management - Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the on-site maintenance teams across various hotels, ensuring that hotel facilities and equipment are in perfect working condition. This professional must ensure the efficient and safe execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance services, collaborating with other departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Coordinate the maintenance teams of all hotels under their responsibility, ensuring that all maintenance services are performed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard of quality. - Coordinate the outsourcing teams responsible for hotel service contracts. - Plan and supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, minimizing disruptions to daily hotel operations. - Possess the skills to coordinate and manage the central maintenance management system (Infraspeak). - Manage the material and human resources required to carry out maintenance activities, ensuring that all tools, equipment, and spare parts are available. - Monitor and control the maintenance activities budget, seeking cost-optim...
