Job Description About the Role: This critical position is responsible for developing the content, programs, and experiences of several Gartner Conferences, as well as overall management of those Conferences. The Senior Program Manager owns several of IT and Business-related conference(s) and is tasked to: To achieve desired results, the Sr. Program Manager collaborates closely with various stakeholders including: - Develop the conference product strategy to drive growth, profitability and retention, in collaboration with global PM leads - Create the most compelling attendee-driven conference agenda based on market needs and requirements. - Gartner Research and Gartner Consulting - Audience Acquisition / Marketing / Conference Attendee Sales - Sponsorship Sales - Conference Operations / Logistics - Research Marketing, Sales, and Service Delivery What you’ll do: In addition to your portfolio responsibilities, you may be involved in regional support for conference delivery, including speaker management (guest Keynotes and case study speakers) - Drive primary and secondary market research in order to understand client issues and market trends - Identify and define target audience, exhi...
