Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. HR Operations Program Manager We are seeking an HR Operations Program Manager to drive critical People Team programs and operational efficiencies across the HR function at Redwood Materials. This role focuses on building scalable, technology-enabled processes that align with the company’s growth and increasing organizational maturity. Partnering closely with HR, HRIS, Total Rewards, and Recruiting teams, the Program Manager will leverage platforms such as Workday to automate workflows, streamline operations, and enable teams to focus on higher-impact, strategic work. This role will own and continuously improve core HR programs, including Leaves of Absence, Accommodations, Workers’ Compensation, and Annual Performance Reviews.
