JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: MCC’s Continuing Education Division is seeking enthusiastic and experienced non-credit instructors with Digital Marketing expertise to provide personal enrichment opportunities to members of our community. This position will have various teaching opportunities throughout the year and will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and practical course content that enhances students’ personal growth and enriches their lives. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: Develop and implement engaging Digital Marketing curriculum and lesson plans tailored to students’ varying proficiency levels. Conduct interactive classroom sessions in the following areas of Digital Marketing: basics, SEO and advertising techniques, catering content, data, and analytics. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Organize and facilitate in-class Digital Marketing related activities.
