As team lead in the SRE department of Tech BE you grow a high performing team of SRE experts, driving Tech BE to peak resilience against adverse events, to structurally increase availability of critical banking services to 99,9%. - You lead the team from daily coordination to hiring and performance management - You are the single point of contact in Tech BE on Observability - You and your team contribute and align on Global SRE Observability practices and projects - Responsible for the delivery of Observability improvement projects with your team and colleagues in Tech BE and ING Group - Responsible for IT resilience risk processes such as Observability Maturity, SLIs & SLOs, Availability of our online channels … How to succeed: We hire smart people like you for your potential.
