Primary Responsibilities: Work with all aspects of a complex application process, receiving application materials for over 8,900 applicants including setup, tracking, and maintaining confidential files. Process applications and prospect requests from first-year and transfer students including supporting materials from numerous and different sources, entering admission committee decisions in the CRM database, and preparing decision letters by performing accurate computer data entry (including confidential ratings) in a quick, efficient manner, in an active and fast-paced work environment. Respond to telephone and email inquiries from first-year and transfer students. Advise and resolve problems while cultivating good relations via phone and email with prospects, applicants, accepted students, parents, high school officials, community-based organizations, alumni, and other offices on campus at all stages of a year-long process. Provide assistance to the main Admission and Financial Aid switchboard and visitor reception operation on a regular basis.
