Minimum qualifications: - 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.). Preferred qualifications: - 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. - Ability to be highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. - Ability to adapt and adjust plans on short notice while still adhering to overall goals. - Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies (e.g. AI) to improve work efficiency. - Strong people management skills and a collaborative approach across a different range of people and job functions.
