Teen Program Analyst

Description Primary Responsibilities: - Ensure all youth and teen programs comply with data standards, reporting requirements, contract performance commitments, and outcome goals. - Design recruitment flyers and promotional materials to engage youth in the community. - Collaborate with staff to develop communication materials for prospective participants, including program overviews, eligibility criteria, and benefits. - Develop and implement effective youth recruitment strategies. - Promote youth and parent involvement by gathering feedback on services and programs. - Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including configuration and customization to meet organizational needs. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and program data across Salesforce, CitySpan, CBPS, and other program databases. - Partner with Xiente leadership to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data stories to support organizational decision-making. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce and troubleshoot system issues. - Prepare and maintain monthly data and reports required for program support and grant compliance, ensuring accuracy acro...
