Seeking a Senior Construction Project Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Cape Canaveral, FL. This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k! Salary is between $137,000 - $178,000 per year (based on experience) The Senior Construction Project Engineer supports the successful execution of assigned projects by ensuring alignment with technical scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives. This role provides technical leadership, supports project planning and execution, and collaborates closely with the Project Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes. Travel or temporary relocation may be required. Responsibilities: Lead technical execution of construction projects to meet scope, schedule, and financial goals. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycle. Interpret design documents, manage technical submittals, and oversee inspections and testing documentation.
