As an Area Manager, you will supervise a team of in-store brand advocates and lead generators who promote our client’s flooring solutions to customers inside the territory of major warehouse retailers. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for performance coaching, staffing, training, and driving lead generation activities across your assigned territory.
